Instances are priced at a super affordable $80 per task. Service hours are Monday to Friday: 9AM – 5PM.

Below is a list of tasks that categorized each task by their Instance tier. For example, if you need a backup of your database, it will cost you one instance. While an application backup task will place you in the 2 instance tier. Each task is individually charged.

Special Note: Due to compatibility issues that may emerge between the application and its theme during an update process, we cannot guarantee the update will go smoothly. We recommend clients to order the Upgrade Guaranteed Package (Tier 3) to ensure your application and data is safe in case any issue appears. With the Upgrade Guaranteed Package we will backup and restore your data prior to the backup if it is found to be incompatible. If the Upgrade Guaranteed Package is not ordered and the application is inoperable after the upgrade, you will be required to purchase additional instances to repair the application.
